1-on-1 Consulting

My consulting is results-oriented and there are 4 glorious results I seek to cause. Each result is delivered as an individual project or in any combination.

But first, your ideal prospect must be determined and this project [Niche Market Discovery Session] must be completed first. Your ideal prospect must be defined in order to achieve the other results:

[1] Your Value Proposition — why your prospect will buy

[2] Your pricing

[3] Your use of LinkedIn to find and meet them

Use the form on the right to schedule your Niche Market Discovery Session to discover the people most likely to meet you and buy from you.

The Four Elements of Niche Marketing

Each element is taught as individual and separate modules. You can select any one or all, provided we know your ideal prospect.

[1] Niche Market Discovery

The first module in the design of a niche marketing blueprint is the Niche Market Discovery Session.

The NMDS is a single 90 minute session during which we will clearly identify at least one ideal prospect.

This is the first step in niche marketing blueprint design.

Note: It costs $95 BUT, I do not send the invoice until AFTER the session and you have affirmed your pleasure with the session and the niche defined.

Use the form on the right to schedule your session, and discover the people most likely to meet you and buy from you.

[2] Value Proposition

This module reveals your prospects’ motivations the answer to the question, “Why will they hire you or buy from you?”

The answers lie in the PDR Template. P is for Problem you solve. R is for the Result you cause. And D is for that which you Do to transform the Problem into a glorious Result.

These words become the core of your value proposition and your messaging. These words will intrigue your ideal clients and cause them
to want to meet you and know you.

[3] Pricing

If you have the authority to set your own price, how will you know the optimum number to charge?

How might you position yourself with competition?

What makes you different?

Should you have a fixed price or should it vary per project, niche, industry or some other variable?

And given your pricing and your capacity, what kind of revenue will your business produce? Is this worth your time and effort?

Can you commit yourself to this business?

[4] Proactive Prospecting With LinkedIn

Linkedin (the FREE version) has redefined the  concept of niche marketing. If we can find your  prospects using the Linkedin Advanced Search  Engine, than we can almost assuredly set up the  exact number of “first meetings” with your ideal
prospects every week.
How many “first meetings” with ideal prospects do you want and need to have every week?

And given your pricing and your capacity, what kind of revenue will your business produce? Is this worth your time and effort?

Can you commit yourself to this business?

This module results in:

  • your having a prospecting strategy and system to achieve these “first meetings”.
  • a revised Linkedin profile to intrigue your ideal prospects, causing them to want to meet you.
